The Capital Markets Company seeks Senior Consultant in Banking & Payments, Retail in New York, NY, to serve as Business Analyst on workstreams supporting the delivery of end-to-end bank launches, conversions, and transformations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: supporting end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives driving operational excellence; leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement; collaborating with project teams in agile digital transformation programs, utilizing agile management tools and managing ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions; utilizing experience as a Product Manager for products, including prioritizing product roadmaps, incorporating stakeholder requirements, and managing product features and configurations; employing Project Management methodologies, including PRINCE2 and PMBOK, to assist with overseeing project timelines, quality assurance, and team deliverables, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. 10% travel required nationally.
