- Assist clients with the design & implementation of Document Management Systems along with other technologies, specializing in NetDocuments, Worldox, or iManage deployments.
- Evaluate existing implementations and develop recommendations for problem resolution, enhancement, and tuning.
- Develop, maintain, and manage against project plans, implementation timelines, and application distribution schedules.
- Develop and refine existing design and implementation methodologies.
- Define, document and implement best practices for the DMS practice group.
- Maintain a high level of subject matter and technical expertise as well as industry trends and knowledge.
- Substantial law firm consulting experience
- Experience in the analysis, design, implementation, administration, and support of electronic document management systems.
- 3+ years consulting in the Legal Vertical with proven track record of estimating and leading NetDocuments or iManage projects.
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- 5+ years of experience with complex, large-scale NetDocs or iManage implementations and product rollouts.
- 2+ years of experience in the integration of desktop applications with Document Management Systems.
- Understand the business of law firms, including risk management issues facing firms.
- Meticulous organizational and multi-tasking skills.
