About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

Polymarket's marketing team is building the creative infrastructure to match the platform's growth. We're running paid campaigns across video, static, and motion formats, and we need someone who can own the creative strategy behind all of it — running agency partners, shaping tone and testing frameworks, and reading the data well enough to know what to make next.

This is a senior role for someone who has built systems that help teams produce great work at scale. You'll sit at the center of creative production and paid performance, holding agencies accountable, building repeatable processes, and translating what the numbers are saying into creative that actually moves people.

What You'll Do
  • Brief agency partners weekly on video, static, and motion deliverables, setting clear expectations on output quality, format specs, and delivery timelines

  • Own end-to-end production across paid creative formats, tracking work from initial brief through final delivery

  • Pull performance data from paid channels, identify what's working and what isn't, and turn findings into concrete direction for the next creative cycle

  • Maintain and iterate on tone guidelines and creative testing frameworks so the broader team can execute consistently without you in the room

  • Review and QA deliverables from agency partners, giving direct, specific feedback that gets to better work faster

  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creative strategy with campaign goals, audience targeting, and channel requirements

  • Identify gaps in the creative system — missing templates, untested formats, underperforming hooks — and fix them

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in performance creative, with specific examples of paid campaigns you've owned and data showing the results

  • Experience reading performance data from paid channels and using it to make real creative decisions, not just reporting on it

  • End-to-end production experience across video and static formats, from brief to final asset

  • Experience managing external agency partners, including setting standards, running feedback cycles, and holding teams to deadlines

  • Experience building creative frameworks, testing structures, or tone guidelines that other people can use without constant guidance

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you're expected to figure things out without a detailed playbook

  • (Plus) Background in sports, crypto, fintech, or prediction markets

  • (Plus) Hands-on motion design skills or deep familiarity with motion production workflows

Benefits
  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
