The Senior Creative Strategist independently leads strategic workstreams across client projects from discovery through concept development. They help shape integrated creative ideas, mentor junior strategists, and partner closely with Creative Strategy Directors and the Executive Creative Strategy Leadership to ensure work is strategically rigorous and creatively ambitious.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic workstreams across brand, communications, experiential, content, and social engagements.
  • Own research plans, insight development, strategic narratives, and creative briefs.
  • Shape campaign platforms, creative concepts, partnership strategies, and experience ideas.
  • Lead presentation development and confidently present recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Support workshops and strategic discussions alongside Creative Strategy Directors.
  • Mentor Creative Strategists through coaching and day-to-day feedback.
  • Mentor and oversee interns when applicable.
  • Recommend creators, partnerships, and cultural opportunities.
  • Help evolve strategy tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Support new business initiatives and agency thought leadership as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience within a creative agency or strategy consultancy.
  • Proven ability to independently lead strategic workstreams.
  • Strong facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent strategic judgment and creative instincts.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Passion for mentoring others and elevating strategic craft.
Salary Range
  • $106,000 - $130,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
