About Fever & Secret Media Network:
Fever is the go-to global live entertainment platform for millions of consumers, and Secret Media Network drives discovery and storytelling across its hyperlocal platforms. Together, they reach over 200 million people monthly, helping brands meet audiences where passion lives through content, events, and entertainment.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can blend big, creative thinking with strategic results-driven ideas, creating best in class partnership proposals. The Senior Creative Strategist is responsible for developing brand partnership proposals that combine research, insight, creative storytelling, and design to drive revenue and client success. This role reports into Sales and works closely with the wider Brand Partnerships Sales and Creative Solutions teams to respond to briefs and deliver on client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Development
- Create 360 proposals by synthesizing partner RFPs, conducting research, aligning audiences and analytics, identifying whitespace opportunities, and crafting strategic narratives and copy.
Design
- Must be highly proficient in designing visually compelling decks, using AI imagery tools to bring ideas to life and providing clear rationale for all creative recommendations.
Strategic & Creative Thinking
- Must have a strong understanding of content, social and experiential, with the ability to create a strategic throughline for both media-only and 360 ideas.
- Use data and insights to shape campaign ideas and overarching creative platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales and Creative Solutions teams to refine and execute ideas.
- Showcase Fever’s 360 ecosystem and demonstrate how we can activate partnerships across our owned channels.
- Ensure proposals are realistic, and align with Fever and Secret Media Network’s goals and tone of voice.
Sales Enablement
- Build capability decks, one-sheeters, and materials that support proactive pitching and sales initiatives.
- Create informative and engaging case studies that showcase key campaigns
Team Collaboration & Workflow
- Work independently while maintaining clear, consistent communication with sales leads and project stakeholders.
Confidently present and articulate creative concepts, strategic thinking, and rationale in both internal and client-facing meetings. - Manage a high volume of proposals each week, delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Efficiency in managing time and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Work independently while maintaining clear, consistent communication with sales leads and project stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in creative strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated campaign development.
- Strong design ability with Google Slides proficiency required.
- Experience working directly with sales teams and responding to agency RFPs.
- Experience using AI or visual tools to enhance proposals.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
