We are looking for a technically minded, detail-oriented problem solver to join our eCRM team during an exciting new phase of growth. As our Senior CRM Executive, you will be the engine behind our customer lifecycle and prospecting initiatives, leveraging a sophisticated tech stack to deliver best-in-class communications across the US market.What sets this role apart is its global impact; while you’ll be based in the UK, you will be the driving force for growth in the American market. You’ll bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, partnering with global teams to share eCRM best practices and experiment with the latest AI-driven efficiencies.

As one of our Senior CRM Executives, you’ll:

  • Execute end-to-end campaigns: Build and test complex HTML emails from Figma designs and manage the full deployment of automated journeys.

  • Master segmentation: Use Blueconic to strategically segment audiences based on behavioural and transactional data for personalised messaging.

  • Drive growth: Identify and implement new ways to leverage email and SMS channels to increase conversions, cross-sell, and long-term retention.

  • Innovate through testing: Run rigorous A/B tests and use data-driven insights from Looker to recommend high-impact changes to our strategy.

  • Manage lead capture: Lead our website lead capture program to ensure a steady flow of high-quality prospects into our marketing funnel.

  • Ensure compliance: Act as a guardian of data integrity, auditing technical setups to ensure strict adherence to US (CAN-SPAM) and UK (GDPR) legislation.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • An eCRM expert: You have 5+ years of experience in email marketing, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder.

  • Technically proficient: You’re comfortable building emails from scratch using HTML and possess a working knowledge of AMPscript and SQL.

  • A natural problem solver: You enjoy translating complex business needs into technical solutions and have a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

  • Detail-oriented: You are highly organised, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering a flawless communication strategy.

  • Forward-thinking: You have a genuine desire to experiment with AI and a deep interest in mastering internal and third-party technology providers.

  • Analytically minded: You use data to tell a story, identifying new opportunities to drive value and reporting results clearly to stakeholders.
