The Senior CRM Manager will develop CRM strategies, optimize omnichannel flows, run A/B tests, and drive revenue growth through CRM channels.
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing CRM streams for Mining, GoMining Academy, and Miner Wars, as well as supporting the development of onboarding.
The key goal of the role is to grow CRM channel revenue within the assigned streams. This is an independent role for a specialist with strong analytical thinking, capable of making decisions and taking ownership of results
Responsibilities- Develop and optimize CRM scenarios within the assigned streams.
- Design omnichannel flows (email, push, in-app).
- Develop, prioritize, and launch data-driven hypotheses.
- Run A/B tests with control groups and analyze their impact on key metrics.
- Segment users based on behavioral events and attributes.
- Define requirements for events and attributes in collaboration with the product team.
- Write communication copy; perform email HTML setup when needed.
- Delegate tasks and ensure quality of execution.
- Drive CRM channel revenue growth within the assigned scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms.
- Experience building complex triggered and omnichannel flows.
- Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses.
- Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing principles.
- Ability to quickly understand the product and adapt to change.
- Ability to make independent decisions without constant supervision.
- Experience working in a multitasking environment.
- Readiness to respond quickly to work-related communications.
- English level: at least Intermediate (spoken and written).
