Reporting into the Data Engineering Manager, you'll help translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape business outcomes. Whether it's analyzing pricing strategies, identifying retention opportunities, evaluating product performance, or supporting cross-functional initiatives, you'll bring rigor, curiosity, and clarity to every conversation.
You'll be a trusted analytics partner to executives and functional leaders across Thrive Market, connecting data to real-world outcomes, and helping teams make smarter, faster decisions every day. This role will initially be embedded with a specific function based on business priorities, but you'll have opportunities to flex across teams as strategic needs evolve.
