About The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across the organization. Leveraging your expertise in Looker, Snowflake, SQL, and advanced analytics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and executives to translate data into impactful business strategies. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively present findings and influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using Looker and Snowflake to support business analytics needs.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executives and business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement workflows and data product roadmaps that enhance data accessibility and usability across teams.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing scalable analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics platforms.
  • Lead initiatives to automate reporting and analytics processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role with demonstrated proficiency in Looker and Snowflake.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in query optimization and working with large datasets.
  • Experience building and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data warehousing concepts.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Flexible mindset and willing to take on the unknown.
  • Knowledge of financial and corporate metrics a major plus (ARR, NRR/GRR).
  • Knowledge working with operational system data and building insightful product analytics a major plus!
