What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from problem definition and modeling to production deployment and performance monitoring.
- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms that solve complex business challenges and enhance user engagement.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to integrate scalable data science solutions into live production systems.
- Drive innovation in personalized game recommendations and page layout optimization by experimenting with new algorithms and data-driven approaches.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Deploy and maintain production-grade Python software.
- Mentor junior data scientists, champion best practices, and elevate the team's technical rigor and impact.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data science, with deep expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience using data manipulation and visualization tools.
- Experience deploying models into production environments and collaborating closely with engineering partners.
- A proven ability to break down complex problems into scalable solutions and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to cross-functional audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience developing personalization algorithms and applying them to content delivery or user-facing platforms.
