As a Senior Demand Partner Manager, you will serve as the primary account manager for our existing third-party (3P) demand partners, focusing on driving sustainable revenue growth. About the Senior Demand Partner Manager role:
  • Technical Optimization: You will be responsible for monitoring and improving critical KPIs, including bid rate, match rate, win rate, and total spend.
  • Demand Generation: Move beyond reactive support with commercial growth motions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product and ad ops teams to remove technical hurdles and friction, effectively unlocking incremental scale across the platform.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with DSPs and performance buyers
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting bid rate, match rate, and win rate while identifying key optimization levers across auction mechanics, deal setup, and supply alignment to maximize spend.
  • Servicing day to day operational needs + continually optimize partner performance
  • Drive joint direct/indirect demand (revenue) generating initiatives at the ground level
  • 1st line of technical support (including PMPs for DSP/SSP partners)
About You as the Senior Demand Partner Manager:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in programmatic advertising, specifically within demand-side management or yield optimization.
  • Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the OpenRTB protocol, Header Bidding, and DSP troubleshooting.
  • Analytical: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable optimization strategies.

At Digital Turbine, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The compensation range for this position (inclusive of base salary and commission) is $136,000-$167,000, and will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including stock options, unlimited PTO and performance based bonus.
