Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design Direction

  • Creative Conception (Ownership & Support): Autonomously lead the creative and visual design phase on mid-to-large projects, and support Creative Directors on massive global assignments—translating strategic blueprints into beautiful, brave, and award-winning design solutions.
  • Strategy-to-Creative Synergy: Bridge the gap between logic and magic. Work closely with Senior Strategists in the studio, acting as a collaborative partner to ensure that strategic insights and brand positionings are beautifully and consistently expressed through visual systems.
  • Craft Excellence: Define and elevate the visual standards of the studio. Deliver world-class design systems, typography, color palettes, and packaging layouts, ensuring every detail is polished, purposeful, and expressive.

Relationship Management & Growth

  • Client Relationship Building: Present creative concepts directly to clients (brand managers and marketing directors) with clarity and passion, guiding them through the design thinking and the "why" behind visual systems.
  • New Business & Pitch Support: Actively participate in agency pitches, designing high-impact conceptual routes and helping package creative ideas into compelling presentation decks.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentorship & Psychological Safety: Act as a supportive mentor to Junior and Mid-weight Designers, offering constructive feedback, guiding their craft

About You

  • Design Track Record: 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and brand identity, ideally within a premium design consultancy, brand agency, or creative studio.
  • CPG, Structural & Beyond: Deep experience designing for consumer brands (CPG/FMCG) with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design systems, brand identity, structural branding integration.
  • The Modern Toolkit: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite. Strong familiarity with using modern tools like Figma, motion/3D software (Cinema4D/Blender), and integrating AI-assisted visual ideation tools into the creative workflow.
  • Visual Storyteller: A proven ability to bring complex brand strategies to life through evocative visual storytelling, typography, and color theory.

The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $90,000-105,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
