The compan is looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to join growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, improve development and deployment processes, and help shape scalable, secure infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, serverless, and on-premises environments.
The company mission is to create innovative content solutions that help people capture and preserve memories from theme parks and attractions, including Six Flags, Warner Bros., Harry Potter-themed attractions, and many more. The DevOps function plays a critical role in powering and scaling our technology offering.
RequirementsRequirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience working with AWS and/or GCP cloud services.
- At least 3 years of experience with technologies such as:
- AWS Lambda or other cloud functions
- Amazon Route 53, Amazon VPC, Amazon EC2
- Pub/Sub messaging systems
- Kubernetes and Serverless Framework
- At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, and AWS CodePipeline.
- At least 2 years of experience with source-control platforms such as GitHub and AWS CodeCommit.
- At least 2 years of experience monitoring distributed systems, preferably with Datadog.
- Experience implementing secure Software Development Life Cycle practices.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Node.js. Python experience is an advantage.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
- Experience working with on-premises or distributed solutions.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ability to create accurate, detailed, and well-structured technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven, hands-on working style.
- Passion for technology and the ability to influence technical decisions across software-development teams.
- Commitment to completing tasks with precision, accountability, and integrity.
