Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our US team and help power the next generation of enterprise AI. 

As our company delivers full-stack AI applications to some of the world’s leading financial institutions, your work will be critical in ensuring these solutions run flawlessly in the most demanding environments.

In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise to keep our infrastructure secure, reliable, and high-performing. You’ll be responsible for optimizing deployments, identifying improvements, creating and executing upgrade strategies. Proven ability to deliver solutions that meet enterprise-grade requirements will be essential.

You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and customer teams to streamline continuous delivery of software and AI applications. As we scale deployments across Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and on-premises environments, you’ll play a central role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the systems that make it all possible.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage DevOps tools, processes, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines,
• Interact and collaborate with clients, to provide technical support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Ensure high availability and performance of our software systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve system performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
• Maintain and enhance system security and data protection measures.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies for DevOps.

What You Have

• At least 6 years of experience as Senior DevOps Engineer or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Cloud Services (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• Experience deploying to on-prem hardware. 
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong skills in defining and implementing network architecture, IAM policies, HA setups and backups.

• Expertise with Kubernetes and in any Continuous Delivery platform
• Proficiency in Linux and Bash
• Strong experience in setup and management of cloud architectures through Infrastructure As Code (Terraform)
• Experience with Postgres DB and monitoring systems (Datadog, Elastic Cloud, Dynatrace)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English

• Good knowledge of programming languages as Java, Python, Javascript
• GCP/Azure/AWS Certifications
• Previous experience in financial services sector
