Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own large-scale digital design projects from ideation to execution, effectively managing competing priorities and executing creative briefs across site, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms
  • Own and create the brand book and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Develop, manage, and maintain Figma-based design systems to support both internal and external design teams.
  • Partner with print, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency, optimize workflows, and implement best practices across the business, cultivating strong relationships to drive seamless execution
  • Seek and leverage data-driven insights from cross-functional partners to inform creative decisions, staying at the forefront of **industry innovations and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the team

Top Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design with strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work, including web and mobile platforms, UX/UI, and creative direction.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines for digital products.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
  • Expertise in UI/UX design principles, with a deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design strategies.
