Lead the design and optimization of digital platforms, focusing on web management, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives.
Description
We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of our
digital platforms. This role combines visual design, website management, SEO, analytics, and user
experience (UX) to support marketing initiatives and enhance user engagement across all digital
channels.
Web Design & Management:
- Maintain and update company websites using WordPress
- Design and implement responsive web pages and landing pages
- Ensure website performance, usability, and consistency across devices
UI/UX & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve user experience
- Apply UX best practices to optimize user journeys
SEO & Performance Optimization:
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (keywords, meta tags, content structure)
- Monitor and improve search rankings and website traffic
- Conduct regular audits and recommend improvements
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Design and publish content across social media platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and content strategy
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4)
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital design or web design
- Proficiency in WordPress, Figma, and Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO principles and responsive design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CMS customization and performance optimization
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Search Console
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bilingual in English and Chinese

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
