About the role: 

OLIVER is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join a high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. This relatively new global account has already seen growth and is continuing to expand.  

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning the management of projects, both creative and production processes. You will do this by working alongside our account and creative teams to drive a project from brief to delivery.  

This role is onsite on a hybrid schedule. 

What you will be doing:  

This global dedicated team is comprised of project managers, creative and digital designers, developers, content strategists, copy editors and video producers. The team also partners closely with Mexico, the UK and Mumbai. Our ideal candidate brings a good understanding of digital disciplines and is confident working in agency teams. You will create timing plans and budgets within our time and tracking system, assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output and ensure the projects you own run on time and on budget.  

  • Work with creative technical, UX and strategy leads from identifying the scope through concepting and delivery, to ensure the most innovative production methods are employed 
  • Successfully articulate digital solutions and/or processes in a simple and engaging way (both internally and client-side)  
  • Take overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to execution 
  • Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source externally where necessary; ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget 
  • Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes where necessary 
  • Coordinate with partner agencies where applicable 
  • You will be the main point of client contact throughout the lifecycle of a project, acting as their account liaison 
  • Provide job reporting to the business lead on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly to budget and schedule 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 5-7 years’ experience in an agency environment with proven track-record of managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency  
  • Ability to ask questions and identify and manage project risks 
  • Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling 
  • Previous experience of resource and production services sourcing 
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships 
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project, ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs 
  • For roles that will be performed in New York City, this is the pay range $100K-$115K 

In compliance with local law, this is the salary range OLIVER Agency believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, qualifications, experience, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business and/or client needs. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package for our employees.
