  • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
  • Plan and manage all project communications, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Monitor and report on project health, milestones, deliverables, and financial performance

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment
  • Proven track record managing complex digital projects and cross-functional teams from concept through delivery
  • Strong understanding of web development workflows, CMS platforms, and UX/design principles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, design, development, and QA teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace
  • Experience working with Adobe’s suite of digital tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AJO/CJA etc.

Applicants who’d like to be considered for a full-time position must be US or Canada based.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
