As our Senior Director of Enterprise Commercial Planning, you will help develop and manage the planning aspects of R1’s enterprise partnership pursuits.  Every day you will work cross-functionally to create bespoke engagement models and value propositions for potential health system customers. To thrive in this role, you must know revenue cycle management, have strong project leadership skills, and executive presence.

Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Director, Commercial Planning:

  • Develop and manage partnership strategy in collaboration with Finance, Onboarding, Operations, and Marketing to define partnership scope, assess financials, and drive performance improvement.

  • Lead and refine enterprise partnership pursuits, including sales processes and development of sales materials.

  • Advance enterprise partnership pursuits by working with leadership to customize strategy to each prospective client’s unique needs; manage prospective client leadership visits to R1 offices

  • Support activities for driving future growth: evaluate addressable market, support engagement strategies for high opportunity prospects, and partner with marketing to develop and leverage content to drive new sales opportunities

Required Skills:

  • A strategic mindset with a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations, provider market dynamics, strong business acumen, and analytical skills.

  • Executive presence including the ability to create and execute executive-level, commercial-grade presentations to articulate R1’s value proposition to internal and external stakeholders

  • People and project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects, foster collaboration cross-functionally, and operate with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $175,475.52 - $236,527.59 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
