  • Work with Account Executives and partner teams to articulate and demonstrate the unique value proposition of WalkMe’s solutions.
  • Guide partner-influenced opportunities through technical validation, aligning with customer goals and strategic partner objectives.
  • Develop and execute technical enablement plans for GSSPs and key regional partners to accelerate time-to-value and adoption.
  • SAP Alignment & Integration:
  • Ensure scalable and efficient SAP-compatible solutions and integrations are understood and promoted within the partner ecosystem.
  • Act as a technical champion for SAP-aligned partners, helping scale joint GTM efforts with reusable solutions.
  • Presales & Technical Leadership:
  • Support evaluation processes by managing technical Q&A, development/configuration issues, and escalating to Engineering when needed.
  • Deliver custom product demos, manage proof-of-concepts (POCs), and participate in webinars and marketing events to promote WalkMe’s technical capabilities.
  • Aggregate partner and customer feedback and communicate actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Field Evangelism & Thought Leadership
  • Represent WalkMe in partner-facing events, both technical and executive-level, to grow solution mindshare and pipeline.
  • Serve as an extension of Marketing by writing solution-oriented blogs and co-presenting in partner-led and co-branded events.
  • Key Results You Will Drive:
  • Build Revenue Capability for Partners to sell WalkMe
  • Accelerate Partner Enablement and Adoption of WalkMe
  • Maximize Efficiency and Scalability with SAP

What You Need to Succeed

  • 7–12 years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales, with a focus on technical presales, partner solutions, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing technical teams, including experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling global solution advisory or presales functions.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a global role, collaborating across regions, cultures, and time zones to drive unified partner strategies and execution.
  • Experience working within ERP and CRM ecosystems, notably SAP and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable solution architectures and demo environments for stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across product, sales, alliances, and services.
  • Ability to craft and communicate complex technical strategies in a partner-focused, business-outcome-oriented manner.
