What You’ll DoAs the Partner Marketing Manager for Transmit Security you will build and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and success of how we scale and drive growth through our partner community.
This role will operate between Transmit Security and our global network of partners to ensure mutually beneficial growth but also a constant feedback loop for input into sales, marketing, product, and business priorities to ensure our customers and partners are consistently served and we are creating exponential and quality growth.
Role Overview- Own the building, execution, and reporting of business plans with our key partners and channels across product lines and verticals to ensure that Transmit Security is top-of-mind in engagements and deployments.
- Actively identify and drive GTM opportunities, joint-marketing, events, campaigns, programs, and co-sell programs designed to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Own partner-specific product messaging, storytelling, asset creation, enablement, and training, working in close partnership with product marketing, channel teams, CSP’s, and enablement.
- Ensure product and marketing materials are scaled to, and through, our partner community. Actively create and execute amplification of assets and initiatives through the channel.
- Develop and message co-marketing and joint storytelling from marketing messaging to sales assets, public relations, analyst influence, and events.
- Strategically and tactically manage Market Development Funds (MDF) to maximise pipeline development, demand generation, and sales execution.
- Plan, develop, recommend, and execute partner programs, incentives, competitive campaigns and their required business planning, pricing, and ROI.
- Develop and deliver a strategic point-of-view to the business on partner initiatives and priorities.
- 10-15+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology, and/or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and GTM strategy.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Must have exceptional project management and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges within partner ecosystems and strategies to solve.
- Proficiency and experience with marketing tools such as GlassHive, Salesforce, et al, is preferred.
- Be a key leader in shaping Transmit Security’s channel strategy with top-tier cloud providers.

The OTE salary range for this position is $220,000 – $270,000. Individual compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, location, and overall business and organizational needs.
