We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager (Director / Senior Director) to lead Digital Asset initiatives within the Structured Debt Platform organization in Corporate Trust. This role will drive product strategy, innovation, and delivery for next-generation digital infrastructure and tokenized asset capabilities across securitization and structured finance.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of conceiving, building, launching, and scaling greenfield products and platforms, transforming emerging concepts into commercially viable, market-ready solutions. Working closely with Loans, CLO, ABS, MBS, and Enterprise Product Innovation teams, this leader will establish product vision, secure organizational alignment, drive execution, and oversee successful market adoption of digital asset capabilities across the Corporate Trust ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Innovation
- Define and own the product strategy for Digital Asset Securitization solutions within Corporate Trust, identifying opportunities across tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and digital servicing workflows.
- Lead the incubation and development of greenfield product initiatives, translating market opportunities and emerging technologies into scalable business solutions.
- Develop product vision, business cases, operating models, and commercialization strategies for new digital asset offerings.
- Align product strategy with market needs across public and private securitization (CLO, ABS, MBS, and other forms of collateralized notes).
- Partner with Enterprise Digital Asset and Product Innovation teams to advance digital asset transformation initiatives.
- Drive solutions supporting tokenized securities, digital issuance, investor reporting, custody integration, and lifecycle automation.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, business case development, and MVP definition through launch, commercialization, adoption, and scale.
- Translate strategic priorities into product initiatives and drive execution through delivery and commercialization.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, business cases, and implementation priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and client-facing organizations to deliver outcomes.
- Manage product backlogs and coordinate execution across agile delivery pods.
- Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure governance and readiness.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, client onboarding plans, and adoption frameworks to accelerate market penetration and business growth.
- Establish KPIs and performance measures to monitor product adoption, client value realization, operational effectiveness, and commercial success.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships across Enterprise Digital Asset and Structured Debt platform modernization initiatives.
- Influence senior executives and stakeholders to align around product vision, investment priorities, and strategic outcomes.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Act as a champion for innovation, helping drive organizational change and adoption of new business models and technologies.
Qualifications
- Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- Demonstrated success leading greenfield product initiatives from concept through launch and scale, including defining strategy, securing investment, building organizational alignment, and driving commercial adoption.
- Proven Experience in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and smart contracts within capital markets or financial services.
- Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Experience launching new products, platforms, or business capabilities that achieved measurable client adoption and business impact.
- Experience with enterprise platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of securitization and structured finance markets, including ABS, MBS, CLOs, and private credit, is a plus.

- Proven builder with a track record of conceiving, launching, and scaling 0-to-1 products, platforms, or businesses within financial services, fintech, digital assets, or capital markets, delivering measurable commercial outcomes including revenue growth, client adoption, and ROI.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-year transformational initiatives from incubation through commercialization and enterprise-scale adoption, driving quantifiable business impact through operational efficiency, cost optimization, market expansion, and strategic growth.
- Executive-level influencer with experience securing sponsorship and investment for strategic initiatives, and a strong record of owning or materially influencing product P&L, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and overall business performance.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
