The Role
This role is a great opportunity for a technically-focused product management professional to lead the development and build-out of technology solutions that enhance our ability to ingest, categorize, manage, and extract data from key financial documents. You will drive the product vision for our customer-facing document management product, spearheading the creation and improvement of systems to manage our customer’s documents and provide a seamless customer experience. You will also help drive our permissioning system and its overlay against the documents we collect. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to crystallize product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring seamless alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide clear and concise documentation to support the development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve financial document-related issues.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our document management process, the ecosystem in which we collect and deploy documents, and the opportunity set for additional product development against our document dataset.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field, providing a strong foundation for technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SQL or other RDBMS languages
- Prior experience with financial document ingestion, processing, and management.
- Strong command of Excel, empowering you to analyze and manipulate complex data sets with ease
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of credit markets and the financial industry is a plus
- Experience with Jira / Confluence a plus

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The base salary range estimate for this position is $200,000 - $210,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual year-end performance bonus.
