Senior Director of Product Leadership

As Senior Director of Product Leadership, you will be the senior-most leader of this team, shaping how our consultants drive outcomes, guide client decisions, and deliver business-critical products.

We’re looking for a strategic, empathetic, and hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of consulting, product, and execution. You’ll guide clients through transformation, nurture high-performing teams, and elevate how product leadership is defined in an AI-first era.

As Senior Director, you’ll lead a global, distributed team of product leaders who blend product management, strategy, and project management disciplines. You’ll shape our client engagements end to end: solution selling, proposal development, project leadership, and advisory, ensuring our Product Leadership practice sets the standard for excellence and inclusivity.

Lead & Grow the Product Leadership Team

• Build, mentor, and scale a distributed team of consultants with T-shaped skills across product management, strategy, analysis, and delivery.
• Define career paths, performance frameworks, and growth opportunities that emphasize inclusivity, accountability, and curiosity.
• Foster a culture of belonging, experimentation, and shared success.

Deliver Measurable Outcomes for Clients

• Guide complex product engagements across healthcare, life sciences, finance, and other industries.
• Serve as an advisor to executives and product teams, shaping strategy, clarifying priorities, and aligning outcomes to business goals.
• Lead projects that connect technical capability with business value, ensuring impact for both users and clients.

Solution Selling & Business Development

• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Client Executives to identify, shape, and present winning proposals.
• Translate client needs into proposals, roadmaps, and estimates that reflect both technical depth, and business insight.
• Lead pre-sales workshops, proposals, and pitches, as the senior product voice.

Shape Practices & Frameworks

• Develop and evolve product leadership playbooks and delivery standards.
• Champion best practices across product strategy, agile/lean delivery, stakeholder engagement, and measurement.
• Embed responsible AI, and intelligent systems thinking, into product leadership frameworks.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Partner closely with engineering, data, design, and AI leadership to deliver integrated, end-to-end client solutions.
• Act as the connective leader who ensures collaboration, clarity, and shared vision across teams.

• Experience: 15+ years in product, strategy, or consulting roles, with 7+ in senior leadership overseeing cross-disciplinary product teams.
• Consultative Depth: Proven ability to lead solution selling, proposals, and business development for enterprise-scale accounts.
• Delivery Leadership: Track record of leading client-facing product development projects with measurable outcomes.
• Team Builder: Experience mentoring T-shaped consultants across product management, strategy, analysis, and delivery.
• Client-Centric: Deep empathy for client challenges, and the ability to craft solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
