Job DescriptionAs the Senior Director, Product Management for the House of Rohl portfolio within our Water Business Unit, you will shape the global strategy and execution of our luxury product portfolio, guiding iconic brands including Rohl, Perrin & Rowe, Shaws, and Emtek. This role plays a central part in aligning Brand, Channel Marketing, Commercialization, and Sales strategies to deliver differentiated luxury experiences and achieve revenue and margin goals worldwide.
You will develop clear product roadmaps and portfolio strategies that reflect each brand’s distinct identity and market position. In close partnership with Brand and Commercialization teams, you will ensure new product introductions and lifecycle plans support long-term brand equity, market expansion, and sustainable growth. Your leadership will help define future innovation priorities and maintain a cohesive portfolio architecture that reinforces House of Rohl’s position within the luxury segment.
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader who can Think Fast, using consumer insights and market intelligence to guide thoughtful, timely portfolio decisions; Work It Together, building strong partnerships across Brand, Channel Marketing, Product Development & Innovation, eCommerce, Finance, and Operations; and Make the Hard Call, thoughtfully balancing creativity, financial performance, and long-term strategic focus in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
POSITION LOCATION: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
This position requires the ability and willingness to travel at least 30% to engage with customers, conduct store visits, evaluate test markets, and support global brand initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Develop and execute our luxury brand and product strategy to achieve business goals. Ensure the portfolio includes the right product offerings across appropriate market segments and geographies to support sustainable, profitable growth globally.
- Lead and develop a team overseeing the full product lifecycle, including concept development, launch, and ongoing portfolio optimization.
- Partner closely with Channel Marketing, Brand, and Commercialization teams to establish effective go-to-market and channel support plans that enable commercial success.
- Leverage market trends and insights from designers, influencers, and customers to create compelling and commercially relevant category strategies and product assortments roadmaps.
- Define and oversee the product roadmap, ensuring clear differentiation and strong value propositions in the marketplace.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure coordinated and effective product execution.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation to expand House of Rohl’s growth potential.
- Support revenue growth and profitability across all brands in the portfolio through thoughtful portfolio management and prioritization.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
- 10+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex, multi-brand portfolios thru the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and portfolio optimization.
- 5 years leading and developing teams.
- Luxury product experience required.
- Demonstrated experience shaping product strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio performance.
- Experience with pricing strategy, margin management, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to use consumer insights and market data to inform product decisions and commercial strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
- Track record of successfully launching products that support revenue growth and brand expansion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP (or similar ERP system).
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience managing a global team and product portfolio.
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $150,000 USD - $250,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
