Your Mission
We’re looking for a Senior Director  of Product Management to lead the execution of high-impact, multi-stakeholder products that drive company-wide growth. This role is pivotal in translating strategic goals into actionable plans, partnering with C-suite leaders, and leading by example multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products that solve customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead with clarity and decisiveness, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation across the product, design, and research functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution 

• Manage the execution of multiple strategic initiatives that align with company priorities and growth goals.

• Translate product and growth objectives into clear, functional execution strategies that drive customer impact.

• Provide short- and medium-term planning to ensure alignment between day-to-day product decisions and long-term company strategy.

• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success.

• Represent product organization in internal forums and company-wide communications.

Team Leadership & Culture

• Support and elevate product team members by providing guidance, removing roadblocks and sharpening their skills to drive exceptionalism in their individual outcomes and careers.

• Foster a product culture grounded in ownership, impact, measurement and collaboration.

• Champion an outcome-based product development approach focused on solving real customer problems.

• Ensure your teams are motivated, supported, and continuously growing in their roles.

Operational

• Build and refine product development processes and systems in partnership with engineering leadership - must focus on data-driven product development, POCs, MVPs, lightweight design, and other agile concepts.  

• Play the Product Manager role within certain swimlanes to ensure progress on all initiatives and to lead by example. 

• Ensure scalable, repeatable processes are in place for prioritization, execution, and measurement.

• Ensure product strategy and roadmaps are grounded in customer insight, data, and market dynamics.

• Own team staffing, budgeting, and planning to support company-level objectives.

Qualifications

• A desire to get hands dirty, lead by example and mentor a tactical team on execution

• 8–10+ years in product roles, ideally within fast-growing SaaS or technology companies

• 5+ years managing product managers and designers

• Experience shipping multiple successful products at scale — not just features

• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams

• Ownership of critical, revenue-generating or strategically significant products

Bonus Points

• Background as an early employee in a high-growth startup environment

• Familiarity with general manager structures and outcome-based accountability

• Previous experience with wholesale distribution particularly within the trades
