- Define the target personas, workflows, and value propositions across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Agency/Content Ops stakeholders.
- Continuously refine positioning and differentiation based on market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulations and client needs.
- Create a clear strategy for enterprise governance: safety, auditability, explainability, risk management, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Customer Discovery & Product-Market Fit
- Lead discovery with enterprise customers (workshops, shadowing, usability testing) and synthesize insights into product decisions.
- Own the voice-of-customer program and feedback loops with strategic deployments to validate roadmap, quantify value, and guide iterations.
- Partner with Client teams to define success plans per account and expand use cases (e.g., from MLR accelerator into broader content creation and supply chain).
Agentic AI, Quality, and Compliance
- Define the end-to-end agentic workflow design principles (tool use, multi-step reasoning patterns, guardrails, and human review checkpoints) appropriate for regulated content.
- Own the evaluation strategy for AI features (accuracy, consistency, safety, bias, hallucination risk, latency, and cost) and ensure regression testing and monitoring in production.
- Partner with Legal/Privacy/Security stakeholders to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations, including audit trails and configurable policies.
- Drive design for explainability: citations/traceability, reference anchoring, and evidence provenance to support compliant decision-making.
Ecosystem Integrations & Content Supply Chain
- Define and deliver integrations with enterprise content ecosystems (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats/Vault, DAMs, Adobe Workfront, and other content management tools).
- Own requirements for metadata validation, auto-tagging, and reference management to ensure content traceability across systems.
- Partner with Architecture and Engineering to define scalable integration patterns (APIs, connectors, security model, multi-tenant considerations).
Execution & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end product execution: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, and release communications.
- Partner with Design to deliver intuitive UX for complex workflows (MLR review acceleration, side-by-side comparisons, translation, variant assembly).
- Drive tight alignment across Engineering, AI/ML, QA, Cloud/DevOps, and Deployment teams to ship on time with enterprise reliability.
- Manage scope, risks, and dependencies; communicate tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and executives.
Go-to-Market & Commercialization
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Leadership to define packaging, pricing/monetization options, and sales enablement for Quill capabilities.
- Support key deal cycles and renewals with product narratives, demos, and roadmap context; ensure commitments align with delivery reality.
- Develop and maintain solution briefs, product training, and competitive messaging to accelerate adoption and expansion.
Team Leadership & Product Operations
- Lead and mentor PMs and/or cross-functional squads as Quill scales; set a high bar for product craft and customer empathy.
- Establish product operating rhythms: quarterly planning, stakeholder reviews, research cadence, release retros, and KPI reporting.
- Build a culture of outcome-driven delivery and continuous learning across product, engineering, and deployment teams.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading enterprise SaaS products with complex workflows and integrations.
- Demonstrated success owning product strategy and delivering roadmap outcomes for B2B products used by regulated or risk-sensitive enterprises.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM-powered products, including agentic workflows, prompt/tool orchestration concepts, evaluation/monitoring, and safety guardrails (hands-on experience preferred).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Security/Privacy, and client-facing deployment teams) to ship production software.
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives and customers; skilled at translating technical/compliance constraints into product strategy and execution plans.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with high ownership; strong judgment and prioritization skills.

- Deep familiarity with Veeva ecosystem (PromoMats, Vault, reference libraries) and content supply chain patterns in large Pharma enterprises.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, enterprise security (RBAC, SSO), and compliance/audit requirements.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field; or B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
