JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for sales of Spectrum Business services to small and medium prospects via Charter's business to business direct sales teams across a multi-state region. Develops and implements direct sales acquisition strategies by business segment; to maximize commercial market share and revenue growth in their region
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan by business segment to achieve targeted market share and revenue growth from direct sales for all commercial product lines within their Region.
Directly manage, coach, develop and motivate the teams of local Sales Managers/Account Executives, and Sales Directors as applicable to achieve team objectives.
Conduct ongoing territory analysis and sales forecasting and ensure appropriate funnel management is occurring in order to achieve regional sales objectives.
Produce monthly and quarterly new subscriber revenue forecasts; monitor key sales performance indicators and prepare analysis/strategy for ongoing performance improvement.
Maintain knowledge of regional competitive trends within markets and industries; recognize and address barriers to sales acquisition.
Possess an excellent knowledge of business products and services and pricing strategies, ensure Charter is positioned for growth within their territory by driving a strong sales culture including recognition, sales incentives and best practice sharing across the region.
Partner with other sales channel leaders to ensure maximum revenue growth is achieved in their region.
Establish and cultivate effective cross functional relationships with sales operations, service delivery, product, marketing and finance; pursue operational effectiveness in all areas.
Other duties as assigned by Sr. Leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Field sales management experience in high transactional, fast paced, quota-driven business-to- business sales environment such as telecommunications, wireless, or cable industry. - 10

The base pay for this position generally is between
$151,400.00 and $268,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
