Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Ownership: Assume a portfolio of established accounts while aggressively pursuing a large portfolio of prospective clients.
- Strategic Leadership: Guide your team and clients in executing thoughtful, full-funnel campaigns across branded content, video, display, social, and award licensing.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with deeply experienced internal teams in yield, operations, and marketing to develop unique, problem-solving client solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a meticulous Salesforce pipeline; you are someone who deeply loves numbers, accurate forecasting, and hitting YOY growth goals.
- Team Development: Act as a "Favorite Colleague" and mentor, leading with respect, kindness, and a commitment to growing internal talent.
Who You Are:
- The Self-Starter: You are fast on your feet, innovative, and energetic. You own your business, actions and team - you lead through action and example.
- The Connected Expert: You possess deep, existing relationships with media agencies and Fortune 100 brand direct clients to open doors and deepen relationships.
- The Consultative Seller: You are known for being concise and delivering compelling solutions that solve complex business needs.
- The Numbers Fanatic: You know your business inside and out, with a proven track record of year-over-year growth.
Job Qualifications:
- 7+ years of digital media experience preferred.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience preferred.
