Role & Responsibilities

Location: New York (Hybrid)
VideoAmp is seeking a Senior Director, TV Network Sales who will be responsible for revenue maintenance and growth as well as revenue generating activities within VideoAmp’s sell side client base and specifically within the linear TV Network account base. The role works cross functionally with other VideoAmp leaders to ensure the vertical meets and exceeds revenue targets set by the SVP, Revenue for VideoAmp’s sell side business. The position focuses squarely on VideoAmp’s TV Network vertical and is responsible for the primary owner of VideoAmp’s TV Network engagement and revenue growth for the company. This role will primarily be responsible for overseeing and accelerating the closing of each enterprise customer contract that is integral to VideoAmp’s success in the marketplace with the support of VideoAmp’s executive team and key stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, the Senior Director of TV Network Sales will be responsible for maintaining and elevating relationships with key stakeholders within the TV Network Ecosystem to ensure VideoAmp is portrayed as a leader in the space and also to leverage these relationships to drive key revenue growth and close these enterprise engagements.

  • Develop and execute VideoAmp’s revenue strategy to achieve 100+% of revenue targets and drive exponential business growth.
  • Leverage, build and maintain client relationships at executive level and with key influencers to drive the necessary change management to support adoption of VideoAmp solutions.
  • Build and maintain trust within internal stakeholders and clients with clear communication and managing of expectations.
  • Work cross functionally within the VideoAmp organization and unify processes which maximize revenue growth across the vertical.
  • Work with strategy to ensure pricing is optimal across business and product lines to maximize growth within the vertical.
  • Collaborate with product management to align product development and positioning with market needs and revenue objectives.
  • Drive deep understanding of VideoAmp solutions, value prop and market differentiation among clients through a combination of meetings, entertainment, events and thought leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new partner opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform revenue strategies and drive competitive advantage.
  • Be a vocal and visible representative and advocate of VideoAmp of solutions at relevant industry events and industry groups.

Qualifications 

  • 15+ years of experience in sell and buy side advertising sales and leadership.
  • Key relationships at multiple major Media Sellers (SVP Level and Above)
  • Strong technical acumen, understanding of how Ad tech and Martech is leveraged by customers.
  • Deep understanding of vertical area of expertise like Advertising Measurement, MTA, MMM, Lift, TV Data, Enterprise Software of Advertising
  • Experience in working for matrix organizations & experience winning the support of and collaborating with key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect with people on a human level and make them advocates for your cause.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and understand what engages an audience, regardless of the vertical.
  • Leadership, organizational planning, and project management skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration across both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We Offer

This position pays between $175,500.00 - $190,000.00 + Commissions + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
