Capstone is seeking an experienced Editor to oversee the editing of our research reports, due diligence projects, and proposals, while helping to guide and grow our overall editorial and content strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in professional writing and copy-editing within financial services, energy, or healthcare for an investor client base, with a keen interest in public policy and finance. This role offers significant responsibility in a fast-paced but highly rewarding environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Copyedit research reports for accuracy, style, and format.
- Ensure clarity, logical structure, and readability of text.
- Apply proofing and design changes to documents.
- Manage reports through the full editing and production cycle.
- Verify facts and raise queries with authors as needed.
- Identify potential compliance issues and consult with authors and senior management.
- Enrich and enhance Capstone’s written work.
- Develop, maintain, and implement company-wide style guides.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of editing experience.
- Demonstrated record of high academic achievement.
