  • Proven experience designing, building, and operating build, test, and deploy platforms at scale, with deep technical expertise in pipelines, release automation, test infrastructure, artifact management, and platform reliability.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC practices, code review workflows, and branching/release strategies (e.g., trunk-based development).
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams, driving cross-functional initiatives, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
  • Skilled in defining KPIs, tracking performance, and delivering measurable improvements in velocity, quality, and reliability.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, and modern deployment practices.
  • Strong communicator, able to articulate vision, strategy, and technical direction to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications
