About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Lead (Senior Customer Success) at Brandlight, you will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You’ll be responsible for building senior-level relationships, ensuring strong adoption, and translating product value into measurable business outcomes.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. You bring strong commercial instincts, solid product understanding, and the ability to operate confidently with executive teams while staying deeply connected to day-to-day execution.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 a year

Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to renewal and expansion

  • Lead onboarding and adoption to ensure customers realize value quickly and consistently

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (VP+), including economic buyers

  • Drive renewals and expansions through clear value articulation and consultative engagement

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and leverage points across each account

  • Surface customer insights that inform product direction, positioning, process, and pricing.

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and R&D to deliver customer outcomes

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts, with ownership of renewals and expansions

  • Experience working directly with Fortune 500 marketing leadership (CMO / VP level)

  • Strong ability to understand customer business objectives and clearly articulate product value

  • Comfortable leading conversations as the domain expert, even when challenged with new information

  • Consultative and adaptable; able to operate effectively without rigid playbooks

  • Strong executive communication skills and a trusted-advisor presence

  • Solid understanding of product and strong analytical judgment

  • Highly organized, dependable, and consistent in execution

  • Strong sense of ownership with reliable follow-through
