About Sent

Sent is an infrastructure for sending A2P messages across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS through a single unified API. Our intelligent routing model automates channel selection based on deliverability and cost, ensuring lower cost and global reach without any channel-specific integrations.

We recently closed a $12M Series A backed by Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and others. We’re hiring to build the best infrastructure to replace multi-channel messaging stacks.

About the role

We’re looking for a senior executive assistant to work directly alongside our Founder & CEO. You’re someone who can manage a complex calendar, write a clear response, spot a conflict before it becomes a problem, and keep commitments moving without constant direction. You understand that great executive support depends as much on judgment and trust as it does on organization.

You’ll own the day-to-day coordination behind the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and follow-through. You’ll learn his priorities, protect time for the work that matters most, and make sure he has the context he needs for each conversation. You’ll also build the systems that make this support more reliable as Sent grows.

This is a full-time, in-office role in NYC. Working hours vary with the CEO’s availability and schedule, so you’ll need flexibility as meetings, travel, and priorities change.

What you’ll do
  • Own the CEO’s calendar end to end. Prioritize requests, protect focus time, resolve conflicts, and plan ahead across internal meetings, customers, candidates, partners, and investors.

  • Manage delegated inbox work. Triage messages, draft responses in the CEO’s voice, handle routine correspondence where authorized, and surface requests that need his attention.

  • Prepare the CEO for meetings. Gather context, confirm agendas and attendees, coordinate materials, and make the decisions and next steps clear.

  • Track commitments and follow-through. Maintain a dependable system for action items, owners, deadlines, and follow-ups so important work doesn’t get dropped.

  • Coordinate business travel and expenses, including bookings, itineraries, meeting logistics, and last-minute changes.

  • Coordinate scheduling, materials readiness, and follow-ups with the people responsible for the substantive content.

  • Assist the CEO in day-to-day coordination with external contacts and other executive offices, with professionalism, discretion, and prompt communication.

  • Own defined operational projects, such as improving meeting preparation, travel processes, or the CEO’s action tracker. Agree on scope and priorities before taking on new work.

  • Handle sensitive information carefully and use sound judgment about what you can resolve independently and what requires escalation.

What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-changing organization, or comparable experience demonstrating the same level of judgment and responsibility.

  • Strong calendar, travel, and executive-support skills. You’re comfortable managing competing requests and changing plans without losing the underlying priority.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can draft concise correspondence, match the right tone, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

  • High agency. You anticipate needs, ask good questions, solve routine problems independently, and close loops without being managed through every step.

  • Discretion and good judgment. You can be trusted with confidential information and know when to act, push back, or escalate.

  • Reliable organization and attention to detail. You build systems people use and follow through on commitments.

  • Lives in NYC with the ability to work in the office five days per week and adapt working hours to the CEO’s schedule.

Nice to have
  • Experience supporting a founder or CEO at a venture-backed company.

  • Experience coordinating board meetings, investor conversations, leadership offsites, or complex executive travel.

  • Experience using AI and automation for appropriate research, organization, or draft preparation, with careful handling of confidential information and human review of outputs.

Our commitment to you
  • Annual base salary of approximately $100,000–$150,000, depending on experience.

  • Meaningful equity with high growth potential.

  • Top-tier medical, dental, and vision coverage, fully covered.

  • 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%.

  • Unlimited PTO.

  • Beautiful NYC workspace with daily meals and unlimited snacks.

  • New MacBook Pro + Apple Studio Display.

  • Wellhub Gold or Equinox stipend.
