Looking for a Senior Federal Contracting Accountant with 5+ years in payroll and accounting, especially in federal contracting, to manage financial operations.

What We're Looking For
Required
5+ years of payroll and accounting experience in federal contracting or government services
Hands-on experience with ADP or Rippling payroll platforms
Working knowledge of the Federal Invoice Processing Platform (IPP)
Strong command of payroll compliance: SCA wage determinations, FLSA, multi-state payroll regulations
Proficiency in Excel and payroll/accounting reporting tools
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
Strongly Preferred
Experience with DCAA-compliant timekeeping, cost accounting, and incurred cost submissions
Background supporting federal healthcare or professional services contracts
Familiarity with labor category structures, contract billing models, and indirect rate management
Experience in a multi-entity or high-growth organization where you wore multiple hats
