About the Role:

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Camunda, you will be responsible for designing and executing regional marketing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline development within key North American territories. We’re seeking curious, data-driven team players who thrive on building campaigns that resonate with local audiences and support our growth objectives. Your efforts will help position Camunda as a leader in the process automation space across the region.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely with the NA Sales Teams, develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue across key accounts and verticals

  • Act as a strategic advisor to North American Sales leadership, shaping pipeline development plans and prioritizing programs based on regional needs

  • Balance short-term pipeline goals with long-term brand and market development initiatives in the region.

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Events, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Corporate Communications teams to ensure campaign alignment and success

  • Collaborate with ADRs and AEs to support ABM and outbound sales cadences through tailored programs, campaigns, and field activities

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness with a focus on pipeline impact, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and ROI. Use insights to continuously improve tactics and strategies

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related program with a minimum of 5 years of Field Marketing experience.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: You have excellent organizational skills, you are resilient under pressure and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on agreed timelines.

  • Strong communication, support and collaboration skills: both verbal and written with team members, stakeholders & external partners.

  • Willingness to travel: Some domestic and international travel required.

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Tech Skills: Experience with software tools commonly used in Field Marketing such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence or Airtable and a variety of event platforms.

  • Strong Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in a remote environment. Team Player.

  • Self-Motivated: Demonstration of ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Take initiative in suggesting improvements and optimizations for event management processes.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $131,300 to $216,600

  • Germany: €84,800 to €140,300

  • United Kingdom: £82,400 to £135,600

  • Singapore: S$163,000 to S$244,500

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
