Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

The Senior Finance Manager, Financial Analysis, leads the Financial Analysis team to optimize subscriber profitability models and mitigate financial risks across subscriber-facing offers. This role drives strategic financial and valuation modeling for M&A activity while supporting operational groups with revenue, cost forecasting, and ad hoc analysis. Additionally, the role synthesizes complex financial data into actionable insights and executive presentations for upper management.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Lead and empower the financial analysis team to refine subscriber profitability models and optimize team priorities
  • Evaluate financial risks and profitability across subscriber-facing offers to protect company margin
  • Partner with cross-functional operational teams to provide accurate revenue and cost forecasting
  • Conduct rigorous M&A due diligence and build forward-looking valuation models to support growth initiatives
  • Leverage AI financial tools and data analytics to accelerate data interpretation and enhance financial modeling accuracy
  • Synthesize complex metrics into high-impact presentations for upper management and key stakeholders

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Established team leadership and people management capabilities within fast-paced environments
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation principles, and corporate finance frameworks
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database fundamentals, and data analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • AI Application and Literacy skills to automate routine data collection, fact establishment, and financial trend analysis
  • Outstanding quantitative analysis and complex problem-solving abilities
  • Superior oral and written presentation skills to articulate key financial conclusions clearly

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 6+ years of prior work experience in financial analysis, with experience in a management or leadership role
  • Required technical skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Prior people-leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS-Finance preferred
  • Exposure to M&A transactions and/or corporate development activities is a plus.
  • Background in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or private equity is a plus.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,050.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
