We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Category who will be a financial adviser and business partner with the Sweet Category working on the financial analysis for month end close activities and key projects, in addition to driving forecast accuracy across our business.
This person will become part of strategic initiatives and decisions to improve the financial results for the Category and must have the ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
Will provide financial controls related to trade spend, revenue, waste, profitability and return on investments through detailed analyses and insights. The successful individual must be able to analyze and interpret data to draw out insights and drive better business decisions.

The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

How you will contribute
- Own the preparation and presentation of financial performance reports.
- Provide insights on key drivers for month end close activities
- Perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data from the systems, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.
- Be a Finance Business partner to the Brand Managers, Business Development & R&D team.
- Leveraging our offshore partners to manage routine & complex tasks for Innovation & Brand management.
- Support system changes and projects to gain efficiencies, improve ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
- Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager & Director
What you will bring

- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market. Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results
- GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required, MBA preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in Finance is required
- Experience with P&L is required
- FP&A experience is required
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience a strong plus
- Experience with pricing, business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution
- Exceptional system skills, especially Excel skills
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Nielsen is an advantage
- Ability to interpret complex data
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task against tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
