Job DescriptionDescription: We have a need for a Senior Financial Analyst for our direct client in New York, NY for a 3-6 month contract. The ideal candidate will be analyzing all aspects of the divisional financial performance as measured against budgets and forecasts.
Key responsibilities to include:
• Support the Pricing Manager in managing the billing change life‐cycle
• Serve as key control in monthly billing process and assist with UAT of billing changes
• Prepare monthly management reports on pricing
Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or MBA
• Expert technical skills – specifically Excel, Cognos, Database/SQL, and SAP
• Strong aptitude to learn complex systems and processes
• Good communication and presentation skills preferred
• 3+ years in management reporting analysis role for a public financial services company
• Understanding of business, competition and business needs
• Strong analytical skills with analysis of operating results
