The Senior Full Stack Developer will build a cloud-based platform, implement backend logic, lead juniors, and optimize software performance.

We focus on the comprehensive management of the exam and assessment lifecycle, enabling universities and colleges to expertly navigate every aspect of the exam process—from preparation to grading and security. Our innovative software and professional services are currently utilized by over 100 universities worldwide, with ongoing efforts to expand our international reach.
We are looking for a Full-Stack developer with strong development capabilities to build great products in an agile environment, from the early stages of feature planning all the way to guaranteeing flawless implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Build & Design - develop Tomax cloud based platform, Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design to deliver scalable and robust software.
- Full-Stack Development - Implement backend logic, create intuitive frontends.
- Lead & Mentor - Guide junior developers, promote knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate : Work closely with stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient platform.
- Optimize: Continuously improve the platform’s efficiency , scalability, maintainability and security while staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or SW engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills ,understanding of processes and user behavior.
- Strong base on AWS or any other cloud provider.
- Experienced with relational databases(MySQL, Postgres, etc.) good working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in API design and best practices.
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
- Ability to write clear, high-quality code.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to prioritize and adapt to changes in focus.
