At Codelitt, we partner with ambitious companies to build digital products that solve real business problems. Our teams care deeply about product quality, strong engineering, and working closely with stakeholders to ship meaningful outcomes.
About the Role! We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team on a greenfield engagement with one of our partners, a global technology and data platform serving the wealth-management industry. The business combines portfolio intelligence, reporting, integrations, digital client experiences, and workflow-native AI to help investment teams move faster and make better decisions. Its platform emphasizes embedded intelligence, trusted data, flexible integrations, and tools built directly into the day-to-day work of advisors and operations teams.
This role will help shape a brand-new experience focused on advisor productivity, meeting preparation, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll be working on a backend-heavy full-stack problem: building the service layer that brings together CRM data, internal platform data, and other key sources, then exposing that intelligence through a new advisor experience across web and potentially mobile surfaces. This is an early-stage initiative, so success here depends on strong engineering instincts, fast iteration, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Who You Are:A strong full-stack engineer with deeper strength on the backend.
Comfortable designing services, integrations, and data flows that stitch together multiple systems.
Experienced in JavaScript frontend frameworks and willing to jump in where needed.
Open to working across different frontend approaches; framework-specific expertise matters less than solid JS fundamentals.
Energized by greenfield product work, rapid prototyping, and experimenting your way toward the right solution.
Thoughtful about using AI in engineering workflows: enthusiastic, practical, and never blindly trusting outputs.
Product-minded, technically strong, and comfortable helping shape direction instead of only executing tickets.
Able to thrive in a “try it, test it, learn fast” environment.
Platform & Service Design
Build the backend service layer that connects AI capabilities with the data advisors need most.
Integrate CRM, meeting context, and other internal or third-party data sources into a coherent platform experience.
Design APIs and data flows that can evolve from proof-of-concept into durable product foundations.
Full-Stack Product Development
Contribute to frontend implementation for early advisor-facing experiences.
Help shape how the new experience is delivered across desktop, embedded product surfaces, and potentially mobile.
Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, flexibility, and future scalability.
Rapid Prototyping & Validation
Move quickly from idea to prototype to demo.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to test assumptions and refine what should be built.
Support a fast-moving initiative where an early demo matters and learnings will shape the roadmap.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner closely with internal AI/platform teams and engineering leads to align architecture and delivery.
Help define the engineering path from proof-of-concept to MVP.
Bring structure and momentum to a team that is still being formed.
5+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack or backend-heavy roles.
Strong experience designing services, APIs, and integrations across multiple systems.
Java backend experience is strongly preferred.
Solid JavaScript or TypeScript experience on modern frontend applications.
Exposure to React, Svelte, Ember, or similar frontend ecosystems is helpful, but not required.
Experience with CRM integrations, especially Salesforce, is a strong plus.
Familiarity with AI-enabled product experiences, LLM-backed workflows, or data-enrichment systems is highly valuable.
Cloud experience, especially AWS, is a plus.
Experience in fintech, wealth tech, or other high-context B2B products is a bonus.
Strong ownership and bias toward action.
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly.
Able to bring calm, structure, and sound judgment to early-stage initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who likes building from zero, pairing product instincts with engineering depth, and helping define what a new experience should become.
If you’re excited by greenfield product work, AI-enabled workflows, and a highly visible initiative with real momentum behind it, we’d love to hear from you.
