What You’ll Do:

At CoreWeave, our Hardware Supply Chain and Infrastructure Operations teams are at the center of building and scaling the AI hyperscaler cloud. We source, plan, and deliver the compute infrastructure that powers the world’s leading AI models — ensuring CoreWeave’s customers have reliable access to the fastest, most advanced hardware on the planet. The Supply Chain team sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategy, driving resilience, innovation, and scalability in a rapidly evolving semiconductor market.

About the Role:

As a Global Supply Manager – CPU & GPU, you’ll own the end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and execution plans for CoreWeave’s most critical compute components. You will manage global supply for CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators — balancing cost, capacity, performance, and risk across a complex ecosystem of OEMs and technology partners. This role requires deep analytical and operational expertise, along with the ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations, constrained supply environments, and evolving infrastructure roadmaps. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Hardware Operations, and Finance to ensure supply continuity and scalability as CoreWeave expands its global footprint.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor, compute hardware, or hyperscale infrastructure supply management
  • Demonstrated success building and executing global sourcing strategies for CPU, GPU, or accelerator components
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end procurement initiatives including RFI/RFQ, negotiation, and supplier performance management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals — demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
  • Expertise with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis, or equivalent) and data-driven forecasting tools
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of optimizing cost, capacity, and lead times
  • Experience managing supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and finance teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with trade compliance, supplier governance, and risk mitigation practices
Preferred:
  • Experience in cloud data center hardware supply chains or hyperscale compute environments
  • Hands-on experience with automation, ERP integrations, or digital supply chain analytics
  • Prior experience building Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) programs
  • Process design background using Lean or Kanban methodologies
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love to build scalable, data-driven supply chains that power next-generation AI infrastructure
  • You’re curious about semiconductor markets, emerging compute architectures, and global sourcing dynamics
  • You’re an expert in supplier strategy, negotiation, and operational excellence
