Landmark Ventures is seeking a highly organized, design-forward Senior Graphic Designer & Brand Manager to support a portfolio of Fortune 500 client events and programs. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends graphic design, creative production, brand stewardship, and project management.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong visual instincts, confident creative judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. They are equally comfortable designing and executing high-quality assets as they are managing timelines, workflows, and stakeholder expectations. Success in this role requires the ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive, on-brand deliverables while keeping projects organized, on schedule, and executed to a high standard.
The selected candidate will join Landmark’s established and growing Events Practice, collaborating with a high-performing, cross-functional team on a dynamic portfolio of large-scale conferences and high-impact programs.
Role and Responsibilities
Design & Creative Support (40%)
- Serve as a primary hands-on creative contributor across assigned accounts, producing polished, on-brand deliverables with a high level of precision and cohesion.
- Design and refine client-facing PowerPoint presentations with intermediate to advanced proficiency, demonstrating strong visual hierarchy, storytelling, and consistency across decks.
- Support design needs using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva at an intermediate level.
- Translate strategic objectives and creative direction into clear, cohesive, and visually compelling executions.
- Apply a strong eye for design across typography, color, layout, and visual systems.
- Conduct thorough quality control and review of creative work to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and a high standard of execution prior to client delivery.
Creative Project Management & Workflow Oversight (25%)
- Own creative project management from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and approvals are met.
- Coordinate closely with internal strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows.
- Manage prioritization and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects and clients.
- Track project status, dependencies, and deadlines with strong attention to detail, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Support continuous improvement of creative processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Client & Brand Management (25%)
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact across a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients, managing communications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as a brand steward across all assigned accounts, ensuring strict adherence to established brand guidelines, voice, and visual systems.
- Develop and maintain deep familiarity with each client’s brand architecture, messaging priorities, and design standards.
- Provide thoughtful brand guidance to internal teams and clients to ensure consistency and cohesion across all projects and programs.
- Proactively identify brand risks, inconsistencies, or scope changes and recommend solutions that protect brand integrity.
Asset Management, Coordination & Quality Control (10%)
- Maintain and organize global creative assets, templates, and brand materials across assigned clients.
- Ensure rigorous version control so teams are working from current, approved assets.
- Prepare creative briefs, summaries, and internal documentation to support clarity and alignment.
- Support cohesive messaging and visual consistency across all channels, formats, and touchpoints.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.
- 4-7+ years of experience in a design-forward creative project management or brand management role
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
- Strong design judgment with a refined eye for typography, color, layout, and visual balance
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated cohesion proficiency across multiple deliverables and programs
- Experience executing and maintaining brand systems across multiple clients or large organizations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A client-service mindset with comfort interfacing directly with external stakeholders
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, creative, and production teams
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; experience with project management or asset management tools is a plus
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
