Position Overview:
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing and executing our brand's visual identity across various platforms. This individual will have a deep understanding of CRM best practices and will use their creativity to engage our audience through compelling, premium design and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have an eye for premium and high quality design, comfortable with animation/video, and experienced in post-shoot production and seasonal creative building workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative graphic designs, with an omnichannel approach, for revenue driving channels including email, social media and marketing (digital and print).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging brand stories that highlight our innovative, best-selling products and commitment to sustainability.
  • Implement CRM best practices to ensure designs align with our customer engagement strategies.
  • Adapts quickly and can easily manage multiple tasks at once, changing priorities and quickly pivoting creative based on feedback or shifting company needs.
  • Create animations and light video content that enhance our storytelling and brand presence.
  • Oversee post-shoot production workflow, ensuring images and videos are edited and optimized for various platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate our visual identity.
  • Stay current with design trends and sustainable practices to inform and inspire our design strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion or sustainable brands.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design software.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Xd. A solid understanding of responsive design principles are essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
  • Strong digital background (site+paid)
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories through design.
  • Experience with animation and video editing is a must.
  • Self starter personality, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and premium fashion
