Datadog’s Field Marketing team drives pipeline growth across global regions—and as Group Manager, Field Operations, you will play a key role in scaling that impact. In this high-visibility leadership role, you’ll lead a team of regional Field Operations Managers and serve as a strategic partner to Field Marketing leadership. You'll drive global reporting and performance frameworks, process automation, and data-driven insights to improve program efficiency and increase pipeline contribution. This is an opportunity to operate at both strategic and tactical levels—optimizing global execution, developing high-performing teams, and driving meaningful business outcomes.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a global Field Operations strategy that supports pipeline generation and spend efficiency across NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards to track program performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and regional effectiveness
  • Identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities using quantitative analysis, translating them into actionable insights
  • Serve as the analytics lead for Field Marketing—ensuring data accuracy and alignment on forecasting, attribution, and performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional Field Operations Managers, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and operational excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Marketing, GTMOps, Sales Ops, Finance, and other teams to align strategy, systems, and execution

Who You Are:

  • A data-driven leader with a strong analytical background and experience in marketing operations or similar roles
  • Skilled at interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable strategies
  • Experienced in managing and developing high-performing teams, including distributed or regional groups
  • A collaborative partner who builds trust across cross-functional and regional teams
  • Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo)
  • Confident presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:

  • Generous and competitive benefits package
