TULU Is Not For Everyone

We’re looking for people with a strong sense of agency—overachievers who want to achieve great things in life. Those who thrive on big challenges, hard work, bold responsibilities, and purpose-driven teamwork. People who see failure not as an end, but as a step toward learning and growth.

If that’s the kind of environment you’re looking for, applying to TULU could be the best first step in your journey.

About the Role

Own the strategy, tools, and experiments that accelerate our user acquisition, by blending digital and physical tactics across non paid acquisition levers.

This role converts distribution opportunities, whether partners, communities, or on-site placements into reliable signup funnels. You’ll shape pre-signup journeys, incentives, and messaging; work closely with Product, Data, and Design; and prove impact with clean test design. You’ll be accountable for net new registrations, quality of new users, and program scalability across markets.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic, creative, and analytical marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the future of consumptions on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Create durable flywheels (referrals, ambassador programs, owned placements) that don’t rely on paid/SEO.
  • Ship fast: ideate, prototype, test, analyze and operationalize; keep a tight weekly experiment loop.
  • Identify creative messaging, design language, and value offerings that resonate with the market and drive action.
  • Lead marketing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring initiatives are data-driven and optimized for success.
  • Enhance marketing operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Report weekly on funnel impact and learnings; maintain a quarterly test plan with scale/stop criteria.
  • Forecast registrations and capacity needs; plan resources and rollout sequences.

About You

You’re a creative, resourceful growth marketer who loves turning clever ideas into repeatable results. You’re comfortable operating as an IC, collaborating cross-functionally, and combining physical and digital marketing. You have a 360 view of growth programs from, planning to execution and analytics, locally and in scale.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years B2C growth with non-paid acquisition wins (referrals, community, partnerships, owned surfaces).
  • Startup bias to action; you ship fast and iterate.
  • Fluency with QR/UTM taxonomy and basic analytics; comfort with lightweight creative tools (Canva/Figma).
  • Strong experimentation/analytical chops (A/B, holdouts, incrementality); can model incentive payback & fraud controls.
  • Vendor/freelancer wrangling when needed; crisp communication and ops discipline.
  • Nice to have: campus or multi-property program experience; Braze familiarity.

This position is based in our New York City headquarters.

Benefits and perks

  • Competitive compensation package including equity
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • 401K
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture
