About Vibe

At Vibe.co, we’re shaping the future of advertising by helping brands connect with audiences in more human, data-driven, and measurable ways. Our platform brings together creativity, technology, and automation to make ad experiences more relevant, efficient, and impactful — across every screen, including CTV.

We’re growing fast- our goal is to 2.5x revenue in 2026, and content will be at the core of how we get there. The stories we tell, the experiences we design, and the value we communicate will define how brands, agencies, and partners see Vibe as a category leader in CTV innovation.

We’re a small, high-performing team that values clarity, speed, and execution. We move quickly, experiment relentlessly, and take pride in content that doesn’t just inform — it converts.

Your Mission

As a Senior GTM Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, growth, marketing, and revenue operations. Your job: design, build, and ship the internal products and automations that make our GTM teams dramatically more efficient.

You’ll work with leaders across Growth, RevOps, and Sales to identify bottlenecks in the funnel, prioritize what to build, and deliver solutions that meaningfully impact top-of-funnel volume, activation speed, and revenue.

This role is perfect for someone who is deeply technical and wants outsized ownership and business impact — an engineer who loves GTM, or a technical RevOps/growth builder looking to go deeper into engineering-level work.

What you will do
  • Build end-to-end GTM systems that support acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Growth, and Marketing to understand pain points and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Own the data logic and workflows driving scoring, routing, segmentation, reporting, and automation.

  • Prototype quickly and iterate with stakeholders to validate what moves KPIs.

  • Design internal tools and processes that enable sales teams to work dramatically faster and more efficiently.

  • Improve data quality, definitions, and reliability across our GTM stack.

  • Ship solutions quickly, measure outcomes, and refine based on real performance.

  • Expand our automation capabilities into outbound, not just inbound.

You’d be a great fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of technical experience in engineering, analytics engineering, growth engineering, or technical RevOps.

  • Strong SQL proficiency and comfort working directly in a modern data warehouse environment.

  • Experience building workflow automations (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).

  • Daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development.

  • A builder mindset- you’ve shipped internal tools, automated manual processes, or built systems that scaled.

  • Experience with modern GTM systems and a strong understanding of how data, CRM logic, scoring, and workflows fit together.

  • High velocity and autonomy- you thrive when you’re given a problem and trusted to own the solution end-to-end.

  • A product mindset- you care deeply about impact, not just architecture.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Perks & Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with company matching

  • Unlimited PTO to recharge and reset

  • Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity

  • Flexible hybrid work model- we’re based in NYC’s Flatiron District and looking for someone excited to spend time in our new office

  • Compensation for this role varies based on experience, skill set, and leveling. The estimated base salary range is $140,000–$200,000, plus bonus. Candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
