The RoleAs an early member of the Recruiting team, you’ll help scale our GTM organization from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the lead recruiter, CEO, and GTM leadership to source, engage, and close top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent. We don’t just fill seats—we hire the operators who will define the next generation of enterprise AI software. You’ll thrive here if you’re entrepreneurial, creative, and driven to build a world-class go-to-market machine.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our GTM motion, product, and customers—you’ll be able to pitch Superblocks to candidates with the fluency of a seller
- Use best-in-class tools and strategies to source, engage, and nurture GTM candidates (AE, SDR, SE, Marketing, RevOps, CS, etc.)
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from outreach and qualification to closing
- Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to understand hiring goals, headcount plans, and team dynamics
- Stay on top of industry movements, competitor org changes, and market signals—and use them to generate pipeline
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help refine our GTM interview process as we scale
- Operate with urgency and attention to detail across every search
Must Have:
- Experience hiring for high-performing GTM teams at early-stage startups
- Creative outbound sourcer with a strong track record of closing top-tier revenue talent
- Able to work on-site at our Union Square, NYC office 5 days per week
- Curious, strategic, and highly analytical—you think like a business owner, not a recruiter
- Passionate about sales, marketing, and building go-to-market muscle from 0→1
- Always on the pulse of tech layoffs, funding rounds, and GTM org shifts—and know how to turn that into action
- A clear communicator and strong partner to senior leaders
The base salary ranges between $120,000–$180,000 USD, plus a generous equity package. Final comp will be based on experience and skills.
