JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the implementation and ongoing operations of our Oracle Learning LMS within Oracle Cloud HCM. You will be a key partner in the rollout alongside a third-party implementation partner, stand up Tier 2 support and admin processes, work closely with L&D to optimize the learner experience, and handle all LMS administration of the system. This role blends HRIS expertise, project management, and hands-on operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the implementation of Oracle Learning in Oracle Cloud HCM with a third-party consulting partner, from planning through go-live, stabilization, and adoption.
  • Build and run Tier 2 support: intake, triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop scalable admin processes and SOPs: catalog management and content governance (adding, removing, managing the loading of courses), assignment management, reporting, and end-user and integration troubleshooting.
  • Partner with L&D on learning structures, assignment strategies, documentation, and end-user enablement.
  • Conduct content reviews and audits. Manage content lifecycle and ensure compatibility with common standards (for example, SCORM and xAPI).
  • Test releases, integrations, and enhancements. Own UAT, regression testing, and change management artifacts.
  • Create training materials and deliver train-the-trainer and end-user sessions for admins and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor data integrity and usage trends. Manage reports and dashboards that show adoption, completions, compliance risk, and learner outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation and process simplification, business consulting, and requirements gathering as needed for system enhancements.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of directly related experience in HRIS or LMS operations.
  • Hands on experience with Oracle Learning in Oracle Cloud HCM is required.
  • Proven consulting and project management capability. You have led or played a key role on a large LMS or HRIS implementation and delivered training.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Experience with HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort in owning data quality, and sound judgment for process design.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and records management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
