We are looking for an experienced HRIS / Workday HCM professional to support Talent Acquisition, HR operations, compliance, reporting, and HR system improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
- 10+ years of experience in HR processes / Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience with Workday reporting, requisitions, compliance, and system cleanup
- Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint
- Strong HR process/SOP documentation and analytical skills
- Experience working with HR leaders, Workday teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Public Sector/State Government experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and project management skills
